Merge Roanoke no longer offers coworking memberships, day passes, or hourly conference room rentals. The space now operates as Paloma Studio, an event rental venue managed by Stock & Seed.

Bookings for Paloma Studio are handled through our partner Stock & Seed. Their terms and policies apply to all studio rentals.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Merge Roanoke LLC's facilities and services (“Merge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the space, you (“you” or “Renter”) agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Event Rental Terms

1.1 Bookings

All bookings for Paloma Studio are made through Stock & Seed. Their booking policies, cancellation terms, and payment requirements apply.
Setup and cleanup must occur within the rental period.

1.2 Use of Space

Rentals grant access to the reserved areas only for the agreed time.
Renters are responsible for all guests and any damages during the rental.
The space must be left in the same condition as found.

1.3 Liability

Use of the space is at your own risk. Merge is not responsible for lost property or injury during rentals.

2. House Rules

Respect the space. Clean up after yourself and leave the space as you found it.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal activities.
Food and drinks. Be considerate with smells, and clean up spills immediately.
Parking. Use designated parking areas only.
Noise. Be mindful of neighboring businesses.

3. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

By renting the space, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the terms of Stock & Seed.
